There is a bug that causes the 'Rename Fields' button to appear in the incorrect area under some Custom Group tabs. We will fix this shortly, however as a workaround, it is normally still possible to able to see and click on the 'Rename Fields' Button at the far right of your browser window. See screenshot below:
