Q: Once i've added comments using the action window or on the edit lead page, is there a way to edit/delete them once I have entered them into the system?

A: No, once a comment has been made, you cannot edit it. You can always add additional comments after that. All comments are also added to the log in chronological order so you can easily see the full history of your comments.
