There is no way to delete "all" leads in one click. However you can delete them in buckets of 25 from the leads page. Go to My leads > click the (i) icon in the top left corner above all the check boxes > click "select all" > click the (i) again and choose click delete.  Repeat this process until all leads are deleted.
