I can't find my lead provider in the list of providers...

I am having trouble finding my lead provider listed in the dropdown on the add/edit campaign page popup window. Can you help me find it?

There are typically three reasons why you are having trouble finding your lead provider.

  1. Your lead provider is listed, you just can't tell because the name we use isn't what you are familiar with - Be sure to look at the list carefully to see if your lead provider is listed. The naming conventions are not super clear (we are fixing this), but you should be able to tellwhich is yours if its listed.
  2. You have selected a "template" that your lead provider is not integrated with - If this is the case, you should create a new account and start over. When you first setup your account, you had to select a industry and template, we currently have 5 templates (mortgage, debt/loanmod, insurance (auto/home), insurance (health/life), and generic). It should be pretty obvious which template your lead provider would be integrated with, for example if you get auto insurance leads, the provider would be integrated with the insurance (auto/home) tempalte. If you try this and still can't find your provider then we may not yet be integrated with them. Contact us for help.
  3. We are not currently integrated with that lead provider - If this is the case you should submit a support ticket asking to have your lead provider integrated. We will evaluate the provider and see if it is possible for us to do the integration.
