What is an action?

In Leads360 we use "actions" to represent each activity or disposition you take on a lead. For example, if you attempt to call a new lead and leave a message, you would take the action "I called and left message" which would be logged to the lead. Because each action is logged, you can easily see how much activity and the frequency leads are being worked.

Additionally, actions are used to move a lead through your sales pipeline. For example, if you have a lead in the status of "new" and you take the action "I contacted and set a follow-up reminder" the lead would automatically be moved to the next status of "contacted" and the action would be logged.
