Express uses unique lead form templates different verticals. Currently there are 5 templates:

1. Mortgage
2. Debt/Loan Mod
3. Insurance (Auto/Home)
4. Insurance (Health/Life)
5. Generic

Each template includes common fields such as name, address, phone, etc., but also includes specific fields that relate to leads in that vertical. For example, for leads in the mortgage vertical, the template would include loan amount or interest rate; or for Insurance (Auto/Home) the template would include car make and model, etc.

All templates also have 10 custom fields that can be renamed for any use. The generic template has 30 custom fields in addition to the common fields.

NOTE: When you setup your Express account you were asked to select a template. If you realize you selected the wrong template, we suggest you create a new account by signing up again from scratch.
