Q: I keep getting an error message when trying to post to my clients URL, what gives?
A: Make sure that your client chose the correct Lead Provider choice as well as the correct industry. The URLs are both provider and industry specific. For example, if a client is receiving mortgage leads from ABC Lead Providing Company, and accidently selects "ABC Lead Providing Company-Health Insurance," the lead will not be posted correctly.
Another common mistake made my lead providers is the failure to provide the Reference ID or REF ID when sending a lead. If the provider forgets to send this unique REF ID when posting a new lead, the lead will not go through the system.
