Choosing which non Leads360 email program to use when emailing leads from Express.

Q:I want to email one of my leads. After clicking on the envelope icon next to the lead name, my AOL account opens up instead of Outlook. Is there any way to change my default email program?
A: When using Internet Explorer, simply open up a new page, go to Tools, Internet Options, Programs, then switch your email to the program of your choice. Now when you click to email a lead, it should open the program you want to use.

What if you want to use gmail?
If you want to use gmail, you can use Google's Gmail notifier, which will make Gmail your default mail client,
Download and install the free Gmail notifier. Click the Notifier icon, and select 'Options.' Then check the box next to 'Use Gmail for internet mailto: links' and click 'OK.'
Am I able to use OWA (Outlook Web Access)?
