At this time, customization of tabs, actions, statuses and work flow are not currently available with Leads360 Express, and is only available in Leads360 Small Business and Enterprise products. Leads360 Express is designed to allow small businesses a way to affordably distribute and track their sales leads with an easy-to-use, turn-key product. To do that, we have created a standard work flow and set of actions that work for well for the vast majority of users and allow for effective use of data metrics within Leads360 Express. Although these standard actions and statuses may not match the exact terms or phrases you are familiar with in your sales process, we have found that a standard action menu will allow you the best chance of effectively managing and ultimately converting your leads. For users looking for a more customizable system, we suggest looking at our Small Business and Enterprise solutions. Small business offers significantly more customization than Express, and with Enterprise, customization is nearly unlimited and even includes a dedicated Client Success Manager to help you achieve your customization goals.
