Leads360 Express is optimized for Internet Explorer 7 (IE7), but our software works correctly on Firefox and Chrome.
If you are experiencing problems with your browser, please clear all your temporary internet folders including your cache, history, etc. If you are running Internet Explorer 8, make sure you are running your browser in compatibility mode.
To clear your temporary internet folders using IE7or IE8, go to the top of the browser> click tools> delete browsing history> delete all>after you are finished, restart your browser.
To clear your temporary internet folders using Firefox, go to the top of your browser > click tools>clear private date> check everything>click clear private data now. After you are finished, restart your browser.
To run IE8 in compatibility mode, go to the top of the browser to the right of the URL bar> click the icon that looks like the broken piece of paper, located next to the refresh button> your browser should refresh automatically.
