What is Express, and what is it designed to do?

What is Express? Don't you have other products as well??

Express is one of three products from Leads360. While Express is a very powerful product, it is our entry level solution for lead management and distribution. Along with Express, Leads360 has its two flagship products, "Small Business" and "Enterprise." Each product features different features and accommodates different sized business. What is Express designed to do?

Express is designed to be an intermediary between a lead source and you. In summary, Express allows you to receive leads from different sources including, lead providers, and your website in real time. This means no waiting, no delay. The moment a lead is generated, you are notified and ready to start closing a deal. Once a lead hits our system, the real magic happens. All leads are then distributed to your team in a round robin style type of distribution method. Lets say you have four sales members. As new leads enter the system, they proactively find sales member that are ready to start working leads.Say one person has to step away from their desk for a bit, all leads are diverted to members of the team who are available. Also, if the admin wants to assign specific leads to a specific user, they can with a couple of mouse clicks. Research shows that 78% of leads that convert, eventually convert with the company that contacts them first, Express allows that company to be yours. Another important feature Express provides, is the Dashboard. The Dashboard, which is built right into express, helps you easily monitor the performance of salespeople, your business as a whole, the effectiveness of marketing sources, and calculate your ROI on each marketing source.
