My action metrics are not accurate in "My Dashboard," and I am postive I have taken more actions than what it shows. Why is this the case?

Answer: Most likely, the leads have been deleted or marked as a bad lead. Express does not log actions taken for deleted or bad leads.

Here's why...

When a users takes an action or does something within the system, Express provides detailed metrics to allow the admin of the account to track the data and make necessary adjustments. Right now, the system is designed to focus on Speed to Contact, Contact Rate, Qualification Rate, and Conversion Rate. If Express were to log the actions taken on any bad leads or deleted leads, user numbers would significantly decrease,  giving an admin or manager the wrong impression of the work done by the users. For example, say Bill, a user, took 30 actions today. If at the very end of the day Bill had made 5 attempts to contact and or convert lead XY, and the lead turned out to be bad, his metrics would ultimately show a lower percentage of performance...(5 attempts were unsuccessful) even though the bad lead was impossible to convert in the first place. To circumvent this fact, Leads360 decided to not count the actions taken for these bad or deleted leads so that they don't count against the users.
