Some Express users reported problems with setting up and viewing reminders.  After reviewing the issues, we have made some fundamental changes to the way that reminders work within Express.  Specifically, we have replaced popup reminder notifications with a yellow alert bar automatically displayed at the top of every page each time a reminder is triggered.

In addition to resolving errors, this interface provides a superior experience by prominently

displaying reminders in a consistent place without interfering with your work.

New Reminder Alert Bar (replacing the current popup version)

From the reminder bar, you can take the following actions:

1. Click the Lead’s name to go directly to the Lead Details page

2. Click the Edit link to view or update the reminder details

3. Click the Dismiss link to dismiss and delete the reminder

4. Click the Prev or Next links to view your other triggered reminders
