How do I contact support?
To submit a support request and open a ticket, please send an email to expresssupport_@_leads360.com or click here . Typical response time is less than 24 hours.
If you are within the 30-day trial you may use our chat support which is typically available from 9AM - 5PM PDT (depending on availability). To access chat, please login to your Express account and click on the "chat support " button at the top of the page.
If you are a paying client on the team edition you may use our chat support which is typically available from 9AM - 5PM PDT (depending on availability). To access chat, please login to your Express account and click on the "chat support " button at the top of the page.
In an effort to keep Express affordable, phone support is not available for any Express account.
